There is a great deal to take into account with regard to repair work, but you can rely on us to take the lead throughout the process.

Quality inspections
Solid Services can serve as external expert to supervise and perform quality inspections of work carried out by the contractor. We monitor the quality of the renovation process via strict quality assessment and assurance. Based on an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) that is agreed upon in advance, we monitor the contractor at every stage of the construction process.

Project supervision
We like to stay in control and to keep the lines of communication nice and short. During the renovation, if required, we can take care of everything – overall management, project management and project recommendations. We act as the intermediary between all parties involved. We do this by communicating clearly, as clear communication is crucial to the success of a renovation project.

Project Evaluation
You can learn from projects by evaluating them during and after completion and reflecting on them afterwards. We evaluate every project depending on its size and complexity. The procedure: What went well and what could be improved upon? What would it take to do better next time? The results: Has the project goal been achieved? Which success factors contributed to this? The project team and collaboration with the parties involved: How was the collaboration process? Did we have the required knowledge, experience and competencies? The purpose of evaluating in this manner is to improve our organisation in terms of cooperation, time and quality, and ultimately cost savings.
