Solid Services is an independent consultancy and engineering firm specialising in damage analysis and the maintenance and management of concrete buildings and structures.

Solid Services inspects and analyses buildings and structures and gives building owners clear recommendations about repair actions to be taken and management or maintenance strategies. In addition, we can also take care of the entire maintenance process, from tendering to completion. We operate in the following sectors: industry, governments, housing associations, educational institutions, owners’ associations and large real estate owners / managers. We are known for our flexible approach.
How do we manage to bring each project to a successful conclusion? By building solid bridges between all parties involved. And more importantly: by crossing these bridges ourselves on behalf of our customers. History
Solid Services was founded in 2007 by Patrick Dewez. Five years later, Jelle Lecluijze became a co-shareholder, and more recently, Mart van der Veeren also joined the management team and became the third co-shareholder. Their shared passions are concrete and renovation. Solid Services is now one of the larger Dutch engineering firms specialising in concrete and maintenance.
