It is becoming increasingly important to preserve existing property. With concrete as the most used building material in the world, we face major challenges in that respect. Managing and maintaining concrete structures is a specialised discipline that Solid Services understands better than anyone.

It is a well-known fact that concrete requires maintenance. What is often less well known, however, is that existing structures often have to withstand higher loads than they used to or have to at least be able to withstand much higher loads in order to be standard compliant. In addition, structures are often exposed to substances that can penetrate and damage concrete or reinforcing steel. All told, this can lead to dangerous situations. Maintenance is essential to maintain a safe building, the safe passage of traffic and the continuity of production processes.

Solid Services contributes to a safe living environment and helps clients safeguard the continuity of their processes by identifying risks and taking measures in time to prevent unsafe situations or downtime. We do this by carrying out quick scans and inspections. Knowledge sharing
We are happy to share awareness and knowledge about concrete maintenance by providing education and training for property managers, maintenance managers, housing associations, contractors and suppliers, among others. We also teach at various training institutes and regularly give lectures throughout the country. Solid Services plays an active role in several industry associations, such as VABOR, VN-Constructeurs and the KB Knowledge Centre. This enables us to learn from others and others to learn from us.
