Tenders

If a project has to be put out to tender, Solid Services is available to supervise the entire process. We determine the tendering process in consultation with the client and, if required, we can also draw up the tender procedure and accompanying documents.

The procedure and any applicable legislation and regulations depend on the type of client and whether they operate in the the public sector (central government, municipalities, provinces, water boards, public law bodies or social sector companies) or the private sector.

In the event of a private tender, Social Services’ many years of experience enables us to make a good independent assessment of the maintenance and concrete repair companies to be selected. Some companies simply have more experience working with industrial clients rather than housing associations and the like, or vice versa.
