During the renovation process, we monitor the quality by supervising the work and performing quality checks. A project-specific inspection and test plan is drawn up, and the relevant assessment and test dates are then incorporated into the maintenance schedule.

Before the renovation process commences, we recommended assessing the possible repair methods and systems in more detail.

During execution, given the many factors that can influence the final quality of repairs and any coating systems to be applied, it is important that the correct care is taken at every stage. Consider, for example, the preparation of the substrate, its adhesive strength, weather influences and processing conditions.

Before the work commences, Solid Services will draw up a project-specific inspection and test plan (ITP). An ITP describes the methods to be used and the inspection frequency. The ITP clearly defines the responsibilities of all parties involved and states when, after which operation, hold and witness points (stopping points) are scheduled.

Solid Services’ specialist knowledge can contribute significantly to achieving the highest possible technical, aesthetic and economic result.
